With BahnCard: reduced Premium tariff

If you have a BahnCard, you can book the reduced Premium BahnCard tariff and cycle with 30 free minutes per Call a Bike ride.

With the BahnBonus status tariff, you get 30 minutes per ride for free and the base fee is covered by BahnBonus. Register for the status tariff in the BahnBonus app.

Changing tariff

  • Changing to the BahnBonus status tariff is only possible via the BahnBonus app. As StadtRAD or RegioRad customer you can either cancel your existing contract or you open a Call a Bike account for which you just need a different email address.

  • Changing to the BahnCard tariff: please let us know in writing, stating your customer number. We will then change the tariff for you as soon as possible.

How to activate the BahnBonus status tariff

  1. Go to your status benefits in the BahnBonus app

  2. Select "30 free minutes for every ride with Call a Bike" and activate the tariff

  3. register and start cycling!

The Call a Bike status tariff is available to you until your BahnBonus status level changes. Of course, you can also cancel the status tariff yourself at any time.

Further BahnBonus benefits

  • You can select Call a Bike credit as a bonus in the BahnBonus app.

  • At the same time, you can collect BahnBonus points while cycling. To do this, link BahnBonus with Call a Bike once in the BahnBonus app. 1 euro of ride revenue equals 1 BahnBonus point.
